HAHA I have been pretty MIA from this site. But starting up next week I am going to be back on it :) I know how you feel, but being healthy is better then being skinny.
Losing weight shouldn’t be about fitting into those size 3 jeans, or being as skinny as a model, or be attractive enough for that guy you like. It should be about living a healthier lifestyle so when your a parent one day your children will look up to you and when your grandparent your healthy enough to run around with your grandchildren, and when your 50th wedding anniversary comes around your able to celebrate with your spouse because you fought hard to be healthy and pushed aside all the bad un healthy lifestyles that were in your life before.
